The next battle was at Saratoga. The Americans fought hard with all their might, and took over Burgoyne's entire army as prisioners of war. When the French saw that the Americans took over Saratoga, they decided to sign a treaty saying that they would fight with the Americans. This also meant that they could attack Brittan, and get revenge on them.
